Will brings a unique combination of discipline, strategy, and relationship-building to his role in supplying building materials for multifamily apartment projects. Before entering the construction and development space, he spent 15 years as a professional basketball player, including time in the NBA G League, Europe and a decade competing in the professional league in Japan. During his collegiate career at Missouri State University, he was named a Division Academic All-American and the Missouri Valley Conference Scholar-Athlete of the Year (2011).
Off the court, Will developed expertise in marketing and contract negotiation through consulting work with sports agencies, representing players and managing complex agreements. He also built a real estate portfolio of 14 properties across Japan and the United States, honing his skills in investment strategy, asset management, and entrepreneurial problem-solving.
Today, he leverages that competitive mindset and business acumen to help developers, architects, and general contractors secure high-quality, cost-effective materials—ensuring their multifamily projects are delivered on time, on budget, and built to impress.
